The thali brings together a wholesome selection of Gujarati-inspired festive favourites, balancing sweet, savoury, tangy and spiced flavours. Guests can look forward to Tarbuj Thandai, Sabudane ki Tikki, Mewe Mawa ki Seekh, Chatpate Kadu, Amrood ki Kheer, Jeera Aloo, Tamatar Dhaniya Samak Chawal, Kattu ki Poori, Sabudana Khichdi, Makhane ki Kheer and many more accompanied by traditional sides and a sweet indulgence to round off the meal.
